Prevention Point Philadelphia (PPP) works to reduce harm associated with drug use and sex work. PPP links drug users and sex workers with syringe exchange, HIV testing and counseling, primary medical care and behavioral health services and more. We serve over 10,000 individuals annually through outreach, education, direct services and advocacy.

All services are free. The Syringe Exchange Program and HIV testing are anonymous. All other services are confidential.

PPP also works with communities to increase public awareness about the health and social service needs of drug users and the effectiveness of harm reduction services, including syringe exchange. PPP works closely with community-based organizations, religious institutions, businesses, neighborhood associations, drug treatment providers and medical institutions providing information and resources.
